Information about Balaia Golf Village

Featuring 6 outdoor pools and a 9-hole golf course, this resort is just 500 metres from Maria Luísa Beach. Two restaurants are available. Balaia Golf Village health club includes a hot tub, Turkish bath and a heated indoor pool. Massage treatments, and aromatherapy and hydrotherapy sessions can be scheduled. All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a seating area with sofas. A balcony or terrace is available in each apartment. Guests can rent Balaia’s 4 tennis courts, or rent a bicycle to explore the Albufeira District. Younger guests can enjoy the activities of the kids club, or the playground. International cuisine is served at the main restaurant. The golf club restaurant and the 2 poolside bars offer light fare and snacks. Balaia Golf Village also offers an on-site supermarket, for guests to prepare their own meals.

Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that the remaining value of the booking must be paid at check-in. Guests wishing to pay the reservation via bank transfer should inform the property through the Special Requests box. The hotel reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit against damages in the apartment. Please note: - restaurant A Varanda is closed for maintenance from 4 January until the end of March, but the restaurant at the Club House will be open for all meals. - the supermarket is closed from 4 January until the end of February. - the health club closes from 05th January until 09th February. The decor of the apartments vary from each other. Please note that all guests will have to present a credit card at the check-in time for guaranteeing extras or eventual damages. In case clients do not have a credit card a deposit of EUR 50 per person in cash will be requested. On Special seasons like Carnival, Easter, Christmas and New Year the following deposits are required instead of the usual EUR 50 per person: - Studios and 1-bedroom units a deposit of EUR 300 is required; - 2-bedroom units a deposit of EUR 400 is required; - 3-bedroom units a deposit of EUR 500 is required; Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
