Information about Hotel Alif Avenidas

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that the Natura Bar does not serve alcoholic beverages. - Public parking is available nearby. No reservation is possible and charges are applicable; - The property pre-authorizes the amount of the first night 3 days before the check in. The pre-authorization is then cancelled on the check-out day. Please note that there are construction works next to the hotel (not related with Hotel Alif Avenidas). Some noise may be heard during work hours on weekdays. The construction works are from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
