Please note that a security deposit of EUR 50 or a credit card validation is obligatory upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out minus the costs made in the hotel. The restaurants will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Aqua Center with jet-stream swimming pool, sauna, Turkish steam bath and individual whirlpools will be open from 06:00 - 22:00. The fitness center is open for hotel guests 24 hours per day. There will be professional support for a couple of hours per day. Please note that pets are not allowed at the property. Please note that the Deluxe Double Room with Spa and Fitness Access cannot accommodate an extra bed. All other rooms can accommodate 1 additional child up to 12 years old free of charge when using existing bedding. The placement of an extra bed for children of 13 years and older and adults is possible against a surcharge of EUR 45 per night. Please use the special request box when booking so that the hotel can prepare the bed. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
