Information about Resort Land & Zee

Resort Land & Zee is a new, modern hotel with a unique architectural design. The hotel is located opposite the dunes that lead to the North Sea Beach. All rooms have large windows and a terrace. Each hotel room has a private bathroom. The restaurant and its terrace offer a splendid view of the surrounding water. Here you can enjoy breakfast, a cappuccino and even lunch or a romantic dinner. The Grevelingenmeer is located 250 meters from Resort Land & Zee. Furthermore there are various walking and cycling routes in the area. The restaurant offers an outdoor terrace on the south side along the water.

Please note that the check in time for the mobile homes is at 3 pm. Please note that additional charges apply for a late check-out on Sundays (until 18:00). Guests are kindly requested to note that for the Mobile Homes the following optional (guests can bring their own bedlinen or towels) charges apply: Bedlinen: EUR 7.50 per person. Towels: EUR 5.50 per person. Please note that pets are only allowed in the Comfort Rooms, at a surcharge of EUR 9.75 per night.
