The Queens Hotel Apartments (located in an adjacent building with no lift) offer 1-bedroom apartments with kitchens and studios with kitchenettes. Each apartment and studio is complemented with an Apple TV, Bose speaker, Nespresso coffee machine and free WiFi. The No.1 Bar & Bistro has scenic sea views and serves afternoon cream tea and a modern dinner menu. Guests can also enjoy a cocktail from the extensive menu made with fresh ingredients. The leisure centre has the largest hotel pool in Brighton and also includes a sauna, the latest technogym cardiovascular equipment and a weights room. The Queens Hotel and Spa is just 6 minutes' walk away from Brighton city centre, while the Brighton Dome, Royal Pavilion and the North Laine area within a 5-minute walk. The Sea Life Centre, pier and the historic Lanes area just 2 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Please note that due to emergency repair works the swimming pool is currently out of order until 10 March 2017. This property cannot accommodate large groups of 6 people or more at weekends, such as stag nights, hen parties and birthday groups. For bookings of more than 6 rooms, a different cancellation policy will apply. Please note that bookings made that require payment at the time of booking will also require the payment card to be present at the time of arrival. Please be aware that the property may pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Failure to supply valid card details, with available funds, may result in your booking being cancelled. Please note that if you wish to pay in cash, a security deposit of GBP 100 will be charged on your arrival, and returned on your departure. Please note the property is unable to take cash payments for apartment/studio bookings. The hotel no longer accepts payments by cheque. Not all room types are accessible to wheelchair users. Please contact the hotel for advice on your access requirements. Due to the style of the apartments building, there are steep stairs leading to the apartments and studio rooms, and no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The Queens Hotel and Spa building does have a lift to all floors, although not all room types are accessible to wheelchair users. Special menus will apply for all guests wishing to dine in the hotel on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with pre-booking essential. The hotel will contact you with further information and prices. Evening food service will be limited on certain evenings in December due to Christmas Party nights. Evening food service may also be limited on certain dates throughout the year due to pre-booked events. Apartment and Studio check-in: Guests will check in at the main Queens Hotel & Spa. The apartments are located in the Queens Hotel Apartments building next door to the main hotel. Guests booking an apartment/ studio will be required to pay on arrival by credit card. The hotel will also require photo ID (drivers licence, government issued ID card or passport) to be presented on arrival. If you choose a non-refundable rate for an apartment or studio the property management will still require the GBP 200 deposit payment on a credit/ debit card on arrival.
