Please note that this hotel has no lift. The card used for booking will be pre-authorised on the day of the booking for the first night of your stay. This card will be charged in the event of non-arrival or late cancellation. In order to avoid a late cancellation charge please be advised that the property requires 48 hours’ notice before 12 noon (London time) prior to arrival. If the duration of your reservation is from 1 to 5 nights, this is equivalent to 1 night's accommodation charges. If the duration of your reservation is for 6 nights or over, this is equivalent to 2 nights’ accommodation charges. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 12 noon the following day. 20% non-refundable deposit for reservations of 6 nights or more will be charged at the time of the booking. In case of an early check-out when notifying the hotel less than 1 day 12 noon prior to the new check out date one additional night will be charged at the average room rate of the original booking.
