Osijek s the fourth largest city in Croatia with a population of 107,496. It is the largest city and the economic and cultural centre of the eastern Croatian region of Slavonia, as well as the administrative centre of Osijek-Baranja county.

Osijek remains a popular domestic tourist destination for its Baroque style, open spaces and ample recreational opportunities. The most important sights in the city include the main square, Trg Ante Starčevića, Tvrđa the 18th century Baroque citadel, the promenade along the Drava, and the suspension pedestrian bridge toward Baranja.

Osijek airport is located 20 km southeast of Osijek. In 2012, the airport handled about 120.000 passengers.

Novigrad is a town and a municipality in southern Istria, north from the Novigrad. Novigrad is set on a small peninsula on the western coast of Istria, two kilometres north of the mouth of the river (Croatia) Mirna. The area covered by the municipality extends from the village of Dajla in the north to the mouth of the River Mirna in the south. 

Novigrad has retained its medieval structure and layout, with narrow, winding streets and small shops. The fortifications belong to the medieval era: the town wall still stands with its battlements and tow round towers. There are examples of secular architecture from the time of the Venetian empire, such as the town loggia and several houses built in Venetian Gothic style.

Marina is a municipality in Split-Dalmatia county, district Trogir. It is a tourist village with a sandy beach shaded by olive and pine trees. In a field close to the village there is a small Gothic church of St. Luke with the coat of arms of the Sobota family.

Tourist also enjoy the atmosphere of ancient Dalmatian wine cellars, fresh fish and quality local wines, a blend of the ancient and the modern. Yachting, diving and fishing are practiced. Small yachts may dock within the small harbour and larger ones at the end of the bay, southeast of the chapel and south of the Plokata hill.
