The most important monument is the Romanesque church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary (Stomarina), enlarged in the 16th century. On the town square there is a house with balcony from the 16th century. There are held concerts and various cultural events. Narrow streets with beautiful corners worth a stroll.

Water castleIn Ribnik is a former water castle. The castle is situated in the valley of the creek Obvrh, which was dammed up, so that a large fish pond was created. The castle on an island was accessible via a drawbridge. The more visible part of the defense tower was originally very high.
