Rottach-Egern is a village in the district Miesbach on the southern shore of Lake Tegernsee. The surrounding mountains and lakes invite you to a number of activities throughout the year. You can enjoy here beautiful walks or mountain biking, swimming, sailing, giant slide in Rottacher Warmbad. In winter an exciting ride on the longest toboggan run German natural, beautiful Christmas markets, where light stands reflected in dark water Tegernsee. Sharp church tower of St. Lawrence is located almost directly on the shores of Lake Tegernsee and is visible from afar.

Beierfeld is from 1 January 2005 newly formed city from Grünhain-Beierfeld in the Ore Mountain´s rural district Erzgebirgskreis in Saxony. Beierfeld has with his district Waschleithe about 4080 inhabitants. Beierfeld was created as a part of the settlement of the Ore Mountains as Waldhufen village and was first mentioned in documents as Beiervelt. It came into possession of Grünhainer monastery. In 1301 first church called Peter and Paul´s Church should be built before the founding of the monastery and is considered one of the oldest parish churches of the Ore Mountains.

Walking through the historic rooms of the Goethe House is not only childhood and youth of the great poet. Today, his birthplace is also connected with a good museum. Between year 1998 and 2000 there was built and designed the "Forest Spiral" by the famous artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. The revolutionary, colorful and full of every shape architecture is shown here in all its glory. In the tower at the southeast corner there is a restaurant and cocktail bar, situated in the opposite tower café.
