Tourism is by far the largest economic factor not only in Spindleruv Mlyn, but in the Giant Mountains. Especially in winter, the population increase tenfold for the place by the tourists who come mainly from the Czech Republic itself, from Poland, Germany and the Netherlands.Spindleruv Mlyn has some of the best skiing in the Giant Mountains.
