Information about City Apartments

Located in the heart of Camden, these smart and stylish apartments are within 15 minutes’ walk of Camden Town or Mornington Crescent Tube Stations. They offer a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. City Apartments feature a spacious lounge with sofa bed and flat-screen TV with DVD player. The modern kitchens all include a coffee machine, microwave, hob and toaster. The City Apartments are all within a short walk of Camden’s bohemian bars, pubs and alternative shops. You can walk to regent’s park, home of London Zoo, in 20 minutes. Guests can reach the West End by either of the nearby tube stations in 10 minutes and each has direct services to Kings Cross, St Pancras International, Euston and Charing Cross Train Stations.

Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and credit card used for the booking. The cardholder must be present upon arrival. A security deposit of GBP 150 against breakages will be charged upon arrival. In the case of groups of 6 or more guests the security deposit is GBP 50 per person. Bookings by groups of over 8 people: For guests who are less than 25 years old and last-minute reservations (same day arrival), the apartment provider reserves the right to require deposit in form of cash and to double the amount of the security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights have different policies and additional supplements will apply. Properties may be located within a 15-minute walk from the advertised area. Check-in after 21:00 is available upon prior request for an extra cost. Parties are not permitted in the apartments; penalties will apply to those breaking this rule. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is subject to availability and needs to be confirmed by management. Visitors after 22:00 are not permitted. Guests may be evicted if this rule is not adhered to. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old, otherwise they will not be allowed to check in.
