Early check-in: This can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and an early check-in charge. Lead guest: The lead guest must be over 25 years of age. ID check and card authorisation: When you arrive, onefinestay will check the lead guest’s ID and secure a GBP 1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released when onefinestay confirms no damage was caused during your stay. A security deposit of GBP 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
