Information about Arass Business Flats

Arass Flats offers air-conditioned apartments with kitchen facilities, just over a 10-minute walk from Antwerp Central Station. Guests also benefit from free WiFi throughout. All of the accommodation at Arass Business Flats includes a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and a hob. The sound-proofed rooms also come with a flat-screen TV with more than 100 international satellite channels and a seating area. The Plantin & Moretuslei tram stop is 140 metres from the flats. Antwerp Zoo and the Provincial Diamond Museum are a 15-minute walk from Arass Business. The city park is 10 minutes’ walk away. On-site private parking is possible for a fee.

Please note that the reception is open from 08:00 until 17:30. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours need a code to access the night entrance via our code lock. Inside the night entrance they can use the self check-in kiosk. Please contact Arass Business Flats in advance for the code and instructions. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals for stays of 7 nights or longer. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
