Offering an Olympic-size swimming pool and 6 tennis courts, Poiano Resort Appartamenti is set on 60 hectares of private grounds. Located in the green hills around Garda, it is 2 km from the lake shores. Sports facilities at the Poiano Resort includes five-a-side football pitch, volleyball court and private tennis lessons. There is also a gym with personal trainer, and a brand-new spa with sauna, Turkish bath, salt-water pool and beauty treatments. All apartments have terrace or balcony. Each comes with a living room complete with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette. Surrounded by palm trees and vineyards, the property also includes a grocery store and children's playground. The staff organises sports tournaments during the day and live music and entertainment in the evenings.

A security deposit of 200 EUR must be paid at check-in for each room. Please note that the deposit will be refunded at check-out after inspection of the apartment. Please note spa facilities are on request and at extra charge of EUR 4 per day. The spa is reserved for guests over the age of 18. Only the first set of bed linen and towels is provided. Extra sets are at a surcharge. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
