Information about Residence Silvana

Set in Bezzecca, Residence Silvana offers a large garden with BBQ and picnic tables. Just 1.5 km from Lake Ledro, it features apartments with balconies and pretty mountain views. Free parking is provided and discounts are available on local events, sports activities and excursions by canoe and bike. A seasonal outdoor pool is available on request. You are 20 minutes' drive from Riva del Garda on Lake Garda and are surrounded by the beautiful Alpi Ledrensi mountains.

Please note that, from Monday to Saturday, the Lake Project Agency is open from 09:00 until 12:00, and from 15:00 until 18:00. On Sunday, it is open from10:00 until 12:00 , and 17:00 until 19:00 on Sundays. Please inform the property in advance if you arrive outside reception opening hours. Please note that the apartment must be left clean, or an additional cleaning fee will apply. Heating costs are not included and will be paid according to consumption. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. The first set of towels cost EUR 5 per person, the first set of bed linen costs EUR 10 per person. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Lake Project - Via Cassoni 28, 38067 Pieve di Ledro. Please inform Residence Silvana in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
