Information about Monte Belvedere by Shiadu

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that a late check in fee of EUR 15 is charged for check in after 21:00. Guests arriving/checking in after midnight (only in Force Majeure Events) can find the contact number on the door of the establishment. If you need an invoice issued in a different name than the one used on the reservation, please inform the property in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The property will charge repairs, undeclared costs or restitution of stolen goods from guests' credit card directly, if they are found to be responsible for them. Guests have a maximum deadline of 48 hours following check-out to return the keys of the property. In case of non-compliance, then EUR 15 will be charged from the guests' credit card. Lost goods will be kept for a maximum period of 30 days. The property will gladly mail the items back to guests, at an extra cost. Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 to 10:00.
