Information about Villa Louizanne

These apartments are 5 km south of Royan and just 500 metres from the beach. Each one has got a private garden, around 100m² each, which features a terrace with barbecue facilities. After booking, the property will send guest a rental contract that will have to be signed and returned with the payment of 30% of the total amount of the price in order to secure the booking. In case of late booking of less than 1 week before arrival, the total amount of the price has to paid the day of arrival. Please note that a EUR 400 damages deposit cheque will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay, if not, it will be sent back eight days after departure. A EUR 40 cleaning deposit cheque is also requested upon arrival. Upon request and availability, guests can borrow a baby cot, pushchair, highchair and baby bath.
