Tidligere Petworth Railway Station (togstasjon), bygget i1894 - nå det perfekte stedet for å slappe av i kolonistil-prakt. Alle gjesterommene er doble og har eget bad. Det er 2 rom i stasjonshuset; de resterende gjesterommene befinner seg i våre totalrestaurerte edvardianske pullmanvogner. Den fantastiske gjestesalongen var tidligere stasjonens venterom og har et hvelvet tak med 6 meter høyde. Den åpner ut mot perrongen, som er et populært sted å spise frokost. Spiseområdet ligger ved siden av stasjonsmester- og billettkontoret, som nå er stasjonens kjøkken, og har beholdt de opprinnelige billettvinduene. Om vinteren serveres frokosten, med varme fra den knitrende peisen, i billetthallen.
