The Greenland Villa is a friendly Victorian guest house 2 minutes from Westcombe Park Train Station. It has free parking, and refurbished rooms with DVD players and a refrigerator. Greenland Villa provides warm, comfortable surroundings with fine original features. The spacious rooms have a flat-screen TV with Freeview. Some have luxury spa baths. Homemade bread and fresh breakfasts are available daily, and Greenland Villa has a guest lounge and fully licensed bar. There are microwaves for guests' use. Greenwich is a 20-minute walk away, and the shops and restaurants of Blackheath are within walking distance. The O2 Arena is about 2 miles away.

Please note that check-in after 19:00 is only possible by prior arrangement. Check-in before 15:00 or after 19:00 costs GBP 10 per hour. We reserve the right to charge you the full replacement cost for any item or piece of furniture removed from the room. Please note that your reservation is an advance purchase rate, fully pre-paid, non refundable and non- transferable for all room types. The credit/debit card used for pre-payment must be presented upon arrival. Failure to provide this will result in an alternative method of payment again. If a third party credit card is used for the reservation, the guest is required to present a letter of authorization with a copy of the credit card for both sides. A full English breakfast is available for GBP 9 and a continental breakfast for GBP 5 per person. Please note that this hotel does not accept (American Express) cards.
