In Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, the resort of Saint Laurent du Var is situated between the sea and hills, halfway between Cannes and Monaco. This typical Provencal town is lively year round and has many shops and restaurants. The residence, partially renovated, enjoys an outstanding location in a quiet residential area opposite the marina, 100 m from the beach and 200 m from shops and also has a seasonal swimming pool and two tennis courts. The fully equipped kitchens in each accommodation offers vitroceramic cooking hob, coffee machine and refrigerator. They all feature a seating area and private bathroom. Bakery deliveries can be made in the morning upon reservation at reception the evening before. Free parking is available on site.

Reception opening times from 08/05/2016 to the 13/11/2016 : Sunday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00. Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighting less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra cost (subject to availability). The kit includes: 1 folding bed with fitted sheet, 1 highchair, 1 changing mat, 1 pushchair. Please note the swimming pool is not heated and is open from from mid-April to November. Price includes: accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen corner), basic WiFi access (for 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and search), charge and tax (except tourist tax and application fee). Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival and housekeeping mid-week. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00). With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
