Gehuisvest in een 19e-eeuwse masseria (Italiaanse omheinde boerderij), in het hart van Valle d'Itria in Alberobello, is het hotel omgeven door eiken en eeuwenoude olijfbomen op de 42 hectare aan grasland. Het gebied is erkend als "menselijk erfgoed van onschatbare waarde" door UNESCO en bevat dan ook een aantal historische en culturele pekken te midden van het uitgestrekte platteland. Na een lange dag kunt u in het hotel ontspannen met een drankje bij de bar of een maaltijd in het restaurant en van het betoverende uitzicht over het natuurlijke landschap rond het hotel genieten.
