Det 4-stjärniga Cham Villas Resort erbjuder rymliga villor med gratis Wi-Fi. Resorten ligger endast 10 meter från Ham Tien Beach och har en utomhuspool, ett utomhusspa samt 2 restauranger och 1 bar. Phan Thiets centrum ligger cirka 10 km från resorten. Det tar 15 minuter med bil till de röda sanddynerna och Po Sha Nu (Cham-tornet). Den liggande Buddhan finns 40 km bort, medan det är 1 timmes bilresa till Ke Ga-fyren. Tripadvisor utsåg resorten till vinnare av Traveler's Choice 2009.
