The Coachhouse Marina Resort is situated opposite the 27-hole Club Catalina Golf Course and adjacent to Batemans Bay Marina.
It is a 15-minute walk from central Batemans Bay and a 5-minute walk from the University of Wollongong.
All villas offer a living and dining area, flat-screen TV and a kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and microwave. Each villa has bed linen, towels and toiletries provided.

The Rockwall Brasserie is open Friday and Saturday evenings, serving modern Australian food. The bar offers a selection of local and international beer, wine and spirits. A room service menu is also available on weekends.
