Het charmante Traditional Hotel Ianthe ligt in het noordwesten van Vessa, een middeleeuws dorp in Chios. Het biedt traditionele accommodatie met gratis WiFi en er is een continentaal ontbijt inbegrepen. Dit hotel bestaat uit 2 historische gebouwen. Het neoklassieke gebouw werd gebouwd in 1880 en de Kamarospito werd gebouwd rond 1750. Beide gebouwen zijn gerestaureerd in hun oorspronkelijke stijl en liggen 60 meter van elkaar vandaan.
