Please note that there is no reception in the apartment building so it is important to make a check-in appointment before arrival. Details will be sent to guests by e-mail after they have made their reservation. During booking, all guests should state their expected arrival time, using the Special Requests Box. Arrivals outside of the regular check-in hours require an extra fee. The hotel has a lift. Please note that parties are strictly forbidden in this apartment. Guests are kindly requested to note that this apartment has strict house rules to prevent noise in order to respect the neighbours. On the day of arrival a security deposit of EUR 500 will be taken. This will be refunded if the apartment is in a good state upon departure. Please note that public parking facilities are based on availability. Charges may be applicable. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
