Roggesloot offers studios in De Cocksdorp on the island of Texel, only 550 metres from the edge of the famous Waddenzee. Guests are kindly requested to note that a cleaning deposit of EUR 40 should be paid in advance and is refundable if they have cleaned the house or apartment themselves. Please note only 1 dog is allowed. There is a surcharge of EUR 5 applicable per night. For bed linen we charge a surcharge of EUR 7.50 per person and is compulsory. Please note that towels are not standard included in the rent. If guests want to rent towels, they must indicate this during the booking. Renting a towel package (1 towel and 1 bath towel) costs EUR 5. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
