La Villa Miomir está ubicada a sólo 100 metros de la playa principal y del paseo marítimo de la bahía de Lapad. Ofrece conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y un jardín con palmeras. Se encuentra en una zona peatonal con cafeterías, restaurantes, chiringuitos y terrazas con música en directo por la noche.
