Biarritz: In the district of la Milady 3 km from the centre of Biarritz, in an elevated position, 650 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. In the complex: restaurant 500 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "de Biarritz" 3 km, sandy beach "Ilbarritz 7 min à pied" 650 m. Golf course (9 hole) 1.2 km, riding stables 1 km. Please note: no elevator. Access to the apartment via 29 steps. The property is a 2-room apartment 35 m2 big, with a sea view. The WC is separate form the bathroom.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Milady cottage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
