Please note the following for arrivals outside of normal check-in times, weekends and Bank Holidays: - The property will provide you with a unique pin code that will allow you to enter the apartments. An automated e-mail will be sent to you 1 day prior to the day of arrival. - Once you’ve arrived, press the buzzer and enter the building. On the left hand side you will see a safe box where you will need to enter your unique pin code. The box will then open and the key to your apartment will be lit in green. - On the touch screen, please press the green-lit key sign and then pull the key from the box. Outside of these hours, or on Bank Holidays, check-in must occur at The Lancaster London Hotel, located on Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY. Complimentary car transfer can be arranged from the The Lancaster London Hotel to Basil Street Apartments. On arrival at either location, guest credit card details will be taken for pre-authorisation purposes. The contract will be signed again and a photocopy of a valid passport (for identification purposes) will be taken. Card information will be required for guaranteeing purposes and for any incidentals that may accrue doing your stay. Please be aware that you are liable for any damages or breakages caused whilst in the accommodation and will be charged on the credit card provided. Please inform Basil Street Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
