Το Manolies περιβάλλεται από ένα καταπράσινο τοπίο στο γραφικό χωριό Μούρεσι και βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 5 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Παπά Νερό. Διαθέτει κλιματιζόμενα στούντιο με δωρεάν Wi-Fi και μπαλκόνι με θέα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος και στο Όρος Πήλιο. Όλα τα στούντιο του Manolies προσφέρουν σιδερένια κρεβάτια και φωτεινές αποχρώσεις, ενώ περιλαμβάνουν μικρή κουζίνα με παροχές μαγειρέματος και ψυγείο.
