Quick description

Located in Playa de Levante, these comfortable apartments offer a seasonal outdoor pool and tennis courts. They are situated just 500 metres from Playa de Levante Beach and 5 minutes’ walk to Benidorm centre. Apartamentos Gemelos IV have a spacious lounge and dining area with a sofa, dining table and flat-screen satellite TV. There is a sun lounge with seating area and the kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, oven and microwave. The bedrooms at Apartamentos Gemelos IV are comfortable, with simple décor and marble flooring and the bathroom includes a bath and shower. Sheets and towels are provided. There a number of bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and shops within a few minutes’ walk from the apartments. The apartments are just 4km to the nearest golf resorts and a 40-minute drive away from Alicante Airport. Free private parking is available on site.

Please note key collection takes place at the Beninter office, located within the same complex as the apartments on 6 Calle Ibiza, 03503, Benidorm. Office opening hours are: - Summer (Mid-June to Mid-September) Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. Saturday: 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:00. Sundays: Closed. - Winter (Mid-September to Mid-June) Monday to Friday: 9:30 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 19:00. Saturday: 09:30 to 13:30. Sundays: Closed. Photo ID for all guests must be presented upon check-in. Should guests arrive outside office opening hours, they must present their ID at the Beninter office the next day. Parking cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability on arrival. A deposit of EUR 30 is required for the keys to the car park. Please note that starting on May 2016, all apartments will be equipped with air conditioning. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Beniter, calle Ibiza, 6, 03503 Benidorm. Please inform Apartamentos Gemelos 4 - Beninter in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
