Quick description

Situated a 15-minute walk from Benidorm’s Levante Beach, Apartamentos Mariscal VII offer an outdoor swimming pool, garden and free public parking. Each apartment has a private balcony and modern kitchen. All Mariscal Apartments have a living-dining area with sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine and toaster. Apartments also have a washing machine. You can rent safes onsite. The apartments are located in a quiet area of Benidorm, just outside the lively centre and 1.5 km from the old town. Terra Mitica Theme Park is within a 10-minute drive. Airport transfers and bicycle and car rental can be arranged.


Important information

Key collection takes place from 09.30 until 18:00 from Monday to Friday (in winter) and 09:30 to 19:30 (in summer), and from 09.00 to 14.00 on Saturdays. Key collection takes place at the Nuevohogar office, C/Juan Fuster Zaragoza 3, Acuarium II Building, Benidorm. Guests arriving outside of these hours should collect their keys from the Hotel Dynastic, Avda. L´Ametlla de Mar 15. Please note that this hotel is only responsible for the handover of keys and no other matter related to the apartments. When collecting the apartment keys, guests will be required to pay EUR 200 deposit which will be refunded at the end of their stay once the property has been checked for damages. Guests who must check-out outside of office hours must inform the office in advance and make arrangements for the electronic transferral of the deposit (payment of the deposit by credit card is preferred). Under no circumstances will deposit money be returned before the end of stay. Please note that the swimming pool is open in the summer months only. Please note, all apartments are cleaned for arrival and have a weekly change of bed linen and towels. Please inform Apartamentos Mariscal VII in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
