Properties may be located within a 20 minute walk from the advertised area. Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged. Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older. For bookings of 8 persons or more, guests under 25 years old and same-day bookings, different policies and additional supplements apply. Payment Information: You must provide ID (passport, driving license or national ID card) at check-in. A security deposit will be required. Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised direct to guests by the hotel.
