At check-in the property require photographic ID such as a passport, driving licence, or national ID card from all guests. As part of the property's policy to protect the environment, air conditioning is switched off during the winter months. All apartments have central heating. The damage deposit can only be paid by credit or debit card. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of GBP 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
