On the corner of a beautiful garden square, in London's prestigious Kensington, this modernised period building offers spacious, air-conditioned serviced apartments with free Wi-Fi. At check-in, guests are required to physically present the credit card used to make the reservation. Please ensure you have the card with you as the property may refuse check-in. A security deposit of GBP 25 per night will be charged on arrival, up to a maximum of GBP 100. This is returned to the guest upon check-out. Presidential Kensington reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards a week prior to arrival. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This is applicable for foreign nationals and British residents.
