Please note that reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00 and 17:00 - 20:00. Sunday and holidays: 10:00 - 14:00. The reception is closed between 14:00 and 17:00. Key collection takes place at the Euromar office, located at Exit 32 of Gran Vía. Please note that there is a refundable damage deposit of EUR 100 to be paid on arrival. Please note that towels are not provided. Guests are advised to bring their own. Please note that Euromar Soling is on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift. There is a surcharge for late check-in. Cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Please inform Euromar Soling in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
