Private: large garden with plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (4 m diameter, depth 80 - 80 cm, 27.06.-26.09.). Terrace, garden furniture. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Width access road: 200 cm. Parking by the house. The property is 3-room apartment on the ground floor, simple and practical furnishings. Living room with 1 double sofa bed and exit to the garden and to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with TV. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Terrace with furniture, garden, barbecue. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Please note: extra sleeping possibility on the sofa bed. Restaurant, bar, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Sorrento" 12 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. It is possible to use swimming pool in the residence 1.5 km away for an extra cost.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
