The chalet has a washing machine and a dryer. Reserved parking (covered, 2 cars). Chalet "L'Epachat". is outside the resort, 12 km from the centre of St Gervais, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: grounds 1'800 m2, swimming pool heated (8 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, 18.06.-03.09.). In the house: central heating. Shops, restaurants, Tennis and ski runs are 1.5 km away from the property. ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 1.5 km, cross-country ski trail 1.5 km away from this holiday home. Please note: the restaurants and shops are only open in High Season. At other times of the year, they are situated in St Gervais 11 km.

After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 770 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
