Please note that the total price of the reservation, plus a credit card administration fee, will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and on your photo ID. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guests name on arrival, an authorisation form will need to be completed. Please note that there is a 0.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and either a AUD 50 cash deposit or a pre-authorisation of a credit card to cover any damages or incidental charges.
