Housed in a traditional wooden boat, Halong Paloma Cruise offers cabins with stunning views of the well-known Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as a New World Wonder 2011. It has a rooftop sun terrace and provides free Tai Chi lessons on-board. Featuring traditional and modern-inspired interior design, air-conditioned cabins come with parquet flooring, a wardrobe and in-house telephone. A safe and minibar are also included. The en suite bathroom is fitted with modern shower and provides a hairdryer, slippers and free toiletries. Halong Paloma Cruise operates a 24-hour front desk where guests can get assistance with luggage storage and other requests. Paloma Cruise's itinerary sails guests to two beautiful bays, namely the natural and remote Bai Tu Long bay and the touristy Halong bay. During the stay, guests can enjoy various activities such as fishing, kayaking and swimming, free of charge. Massage treatments can also be arranged upon request at a surcharge. The on-board restaurant serves a delectable spread of Vietnamese and Western cuisine from 7:00 to 21:00., while a variety of drinks are offered at the bar. Original Vietnamese coffee and Sunset Party cocktails are served free of charge daily. Halong Paloma Cruise takes about 4 hours to reach Cat Ba Island. Cat Bi International Airport is 80 km away, while Noi Bai International Airport is approximately 170 km away

The cruise provides shuttle bus services and private car transfers (from Hanoi Old Quarter- Halong - Hanoi Old Quarter) at an extra charge. (Please note that some room rates are already inclusive of pick-up charges.) The bus or private car picks up the guests from hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter Area only. The pickup time at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter is at between 7:45 - 8:15. Outside this area, guests are to go straight to Paloma Office in Hanoi for the pick-up. The drop off time at hotels is between 16:30 - 17:00. Bus transfers cost USD 25 per guest for a round-trip to and from Hanoi Old Quarter and Halong. Private car transfers are priced separately and can be arranged by contacting the cruise directly. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi at least 48 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Guests may direct questions to the cruise by using the Special Requests box when booking, or contacting the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A 24-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. If you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian), please inform the cruise before departure. The cruise check-in begins from between 12:00 - 12:30 from Halong Paloma Office (The office is opposite Phu Dong Restaurant). For check-ins later than 12:30, an extra charge USD 60 will be charged. Guest who are late for check-ins will be brought to the cruise ship by a private-tender boat. Guests disembark from the cruise ship at 11:30 at the end of the journey.
