The Coachhouse Marina Resort is situated opposite the 27-hole Club Catalina Golf Course and adjacent to Batemans Bay Marina.
It is a 15-minute walk from central Batemans Bay and a 5-minute walk from the University of Wollongong.
All villas offer a living and dining area, flat-screen TV and a kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and microwave. Each villa has bed linen, towels and toiletries provided.
