Information about Hotel Niseko Alpen

Located right in front of Niseko Grand Hirafu Ski Resort, Hotel Niseko Alpen features hot-spring baths, a “ganbanyoku” stone sauna and an indoor pool. Rooms have a private bath and free WiFi access. Parking is free. The heated rooms are decorated in light colours and include a small sofa and a TV. Each room comes with a fridge and an electric kettle with green tea. Slippers and a hairdryer are provided. During the summer, the hotel offers a free shuttle from JR Kutchan Train Station, a 15-minute drive away. Kagami Lake and Lion Adventure are also a 15-minute drive, and Niseko golf course is a 30-minute drive away. Between soaks in the indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths, you can sing karaoke or try acupuncture. Shiatsu massages and aromatherapy can also be ordered. Everything from sports gear to souvenirs can be found at the hotel’s shop. Restaurant Slalom serves a buffet-style breakfast as well as lunch and dinner menu. Hirafu offers Japanese fare.

Hot-spring baths are open from 13:00-24:00 and from 06:00-09:30. Please bring the towels in your room when you use the public hot spring baths. To use the hotel's free shuttle from JR Kutchan Train Station, please make a reservation in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The shuttle is available only from April-November. (During ski season, guests can use the public bus system.) Yukata robes can be worn everywhere within the hotel. Extra charges apply to use of karaoke facilities, sauna, acupuncture and massage services. When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
