Located in the Shibu hot-spring area, guests at Hotel Nishimasa can relax in the public hot-spring baths. Yudanaka Train Station is a 10-minute ride on the free shuttle, which must be reserved at time of booking. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Nishimasa Hotel is a 25-minute drive from Shiga Kogen Ski Resort and a 15-minute walk from Heiwa Kannon. A free shuttle can be request to Snow Monkey Park, which is a 10-minute drive away.

Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the hotel must make a reservation at check-in. The free shuttle for Snow Monkey Park is not available during the winter season. To use the shuttle, please request upon check-in. The free shuttle is not available on Sundays. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
