The hotel provides scheduled shuttle bus services from Awana Hotel to the Lower Skyway Station and First World Hotel. This service is strictly for Awana guests only. Schedule information can be found at the front desk. Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking. Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. A security deposit of MYR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
