Set in a late 1800s wooden building, this countryside hotel is in Vågå, 60 km from Otta. It provides traditional Norwegian food and a wellness area, plus views of the Jothunheimen Mountains and Sjoa River. Hindsæter's rooms have a private bathroom with a shower. Binoculars can be borrowed from reception to try wildlife-spotting from the bedroom window. Guests can book hot tub and sauna facilities at Hindsæter.
