Information about Boulevard Suites

Boulevard Suites is situated on the top floors of Boulevard Kennedy complex and offers 5-star self-service accommodation in the exclusive Las Condes district of Santiago. Parque Arauco Shopping Mall is less than a block away from Boulevard Suites, while Manquehue Metro Station is approximately a 15-minute walk away. Units at Boulevard Suites start on the 26th floor and feature hardwood floors and panoramic city and mountain views. Each unit is equipped with private bathroom facilities, a fully-equipped kitchen, a seating area and a dining area. In addition, rooms also feature free WiFi access, heating and air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player, a safety-deposit box, amonst others. Guests are served a complimentary Continental breakfast in the room daily and 24-hour room service is available. Free private parking is available on site. Guests at Boulevard Suites may also make use of the communal facilities, which include a heated indoor swimming pool, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and the spa facilities, including a sauna and a hot tub.

Please note Boulevard Suites is located on the upper floors of a building (starting on floor 26 and up). Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. Please note that for tax exemption foreign travellers must pay in US dollars and have to present the migration card they are given when they arrive to the country. Foreign business travellers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
