Overlooking the beautiful Geographe Bay, Broadwater Resort offers self-contained accommodation with a private balcony or patio. It features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a hot tub. Broadwater Beach Resort is located in Busselton, 15 minutes’ drive from Busselton Airport. The famous Tuart Forest National Park is a 35-minute drive away. Guests can relax in the beautiful gardens, or enjoy the sun in the courtyard. The resort also offers barbecue facilities and a games room, arcade games and billiards. Broadwater Beach Bar and Café offers outdoor dining amongst peppermint trees, and features modern Australian and international cuisine. Alternatively, there are a number of dining options within a 2-minute walk.

Please note that this property does not accept School Leavers. It does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. Any Leavers found to be staying at the Resort during this time will be asked to leave, and their booking will be non-refundable.
