Please note that reception hours are 07:00 - 21:00 from Monday to Saturday, and 07:00 - 20:00 on Sundays. Please note that all check-ins must arrive before 21:00 Monday to Saturday and before 20:00 on Sundays and Public Holidays. Please note that this hotel will not accept any reservations for groups in which all guests are under the age of 18. Any guests under 18 years of age travelling without a parent or legal guardian must present a signed letter from their parent or legal guardian accepting responsibility for any damages. You must show a valid credit card and photo ID (passport or driver's license) upon check in. This credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation, and a copy will be retained by the hotel. A security bond of AUD 200 will required upon check in for all bookings in a One and Two Bedroom Apartment.
