Located in the Shinshu area of Nagano just 35 km from the natural beauty of Kamikochi, the hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the Matsumoto Ukiyo-e (Japanese woodblock print) Museum. JR Matsumoto Train Station is a 15-minute drive away, and the Ryokan offers a free shuttle bus between 10:00 and 20:00. The air-conditioned rooms include a refrigerator, flat-screen satellite TV and free in-room Wi-Fi. Each has a tatami (woven straw) floor and Japanese-style futon bedding. All guests use shared bathing facilities and most use shared toilets. Seifuso Ryokan is entirely non-smoking. A DVD player and a computer with free internet access are provided in the common area.
