For any special request, such as baby cots, extra beds and bed type, guests must contact Rio Othon Palace directly. Confirmation will be given upon check-in and is subject to availability. The total cost of the room doesn't include the City Tax (BRL 7.00 per night) and service charge (10% of the total price). These fees will be charged directly at the hotel. In case of a cancellation made later than the specified deadline or a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night plus a 10% service tax. The use of the off-site fitness centre is subject to a fee. Bullet proof cars, SUV´s and large cars cannot be fitted in the parking lot.
